The Elements Are Your Roadmap
Water
You begin where my Soul first guided me, where my love force energy was first activated—the sea—wading into the depths of Water. You will merge with the flood, feel all the emotions, and express all the fears that need to be witnessed so that they will finally wash away. As well, Water is the element that helps you navigate loss and shifting relationships.
Fire
You will explore the enlivening and connective power of Fire where you will enlighten your deepest dreams. You will lay your intentions on the altar and amplify those asks in connection with the ancestors, who are right there, waiting to hear your Soul’s deepest desires. As well, Fire is the element helps you remember your wholeness and your home within.
Earth
You will ground into heart-anchoring support from the Earth, literally walking a path through forest or field to re-wild to your original nature. You will embody your Soul and speak to it in the wilderness, aligning to your most passionate self, hearing its divine wisdom. As well, Earth is the element that supports your wealth, prosperity, and personal thriving.
Air
You will rest in ritual and receive inspiration and messages from Air, the element that guides your actions and offers you personal messages to aid your becoming. You will journey with the ancestors, and let their guidance hold you in the astral space. As well, Air is the element that helps you feel supported enough to fully express and follow your magic.
Ether
You’ll sit in the spaciousness of Ether, allowing the stillness for your own Soul to speak with full authority. You will hold the vision for your emergence and speak directly from your Soul. Your next steps will surface—the big ones, the little ones—and you will remember who you are, feeling more prepared than ever to take your next steps forward into the realm of possibility. As well, Ether is the element that helps you embody your wisdom, trust your next steps, and follow your inner guidance.

Through this journey, you will feel, amplify, embody, receive, and speak from the language and energy of love deep within. And when you hear your Soul hold you, forgive you, and encourage you, your love force energy will flow through you, ignite your innate magnetism, and attract what is meant for you.
After this journey, you will never again forget that you’re a Soul having a human experience. And you will never again seek all the answers to your life’s biggest questions outside of you, as they reside in the tender flesh of your body and the otherworldliness of your sweet Soul.
Rituals & Sacred Modules for Your Journey: A Roadmap for Awakening & Activation
Gatherings will occur every other Thursday at 11:00 am CST beginning on March 20, 2025, and concluding on Thursday, August 21, 2025. Your live participation is soulfully recommended though sessions and rituals will be recorded in case you miss a gathering.
Module One
How to Awaken Your Soul & Activate Your Love Force Energy
You will receive sacred instructions on how to surface your Soul; the subtle differences between life force and love force energy; how to live receptivity; the energetics of resonance, including communicating with the subtle dimensions; the love-giving medicine of Ceremonial Cacao; the qualities of ancestral reverence including altar tending; and working with the five elements as your roadmap.
In Session 1, you will receive the foundational sacred Instructions for the entire enlight experience so you understand how to awaken, amplify and activate your love force energy.
In Session 2, you will perform a Soul Voice Baseline Practice and ask questions for full integration so you can begin to hear and trust your inner guidance.
These sessions offer you a clear understanding of your Soul’s voice and how it expresses in the field. You’ll receive foundational tools for the journey and learn how they cultivate your love force energy.
Module Two
Water | Feel and Flow
You will receive sacred instructions on how to release resistance; you’ll understand the process of allowing yourself to feel deeply and be witnessed in those feelings; and you’ll learn why to trust your body and its wholeness. You will participate in your first of five Cacao Rituals in which you will allow yourself to feel and flow as freely as Water. You will be guided to pay particular attention to navigating loss and complex relationships.
In Session 3, you will participate in a Water Cacao Ritual and Guided Soul Journey in which you hear your Soul in the astral plane, supported by your ancestors, so you can release grief and attract deep, loving relationships.
In Session 4, you will perform a Soul Voice Practice and ask questions for full integration so you can sense into any beliefs between you and your deepest desires.
These sessions offer you a clear understanding of how the element of Water holds your emotional body. You’ll express those feelings and, in doing so, align with the flow of Water. These sessions clear your energetic body and release whatever has kept you dormant, beginning to open to the flow of love force energy.
Module Three
Fire | Amplify and Ask
You will receive sacred instructions on why to tell the whole truth; how to move with intention; and how to recognize and follow your own particular magic. You will participate in your second Cacao Ritual in which you will lay your intentions on the altar, asking for what you need, and amplifying that ask through a Candle Lighting Ritual. You’ll dialogue directly with my Soul and a collective of ancestors, receiving messages to support your emergence. You will remember your wholeness and amplify your Soul as your home.
In Session 5, you will participate in a Fire Cacao Ritual and Candle Lighting Ritual. You will also receive explicit wisdom through an Ancestral Channelling Session so you can trust yourself, feel at home in the world, and sense into your multidimensional nature.
In Session 6, you will perform a Soul Voice Practice and ask questions for full integration so you can understand what home feels like to you.
These sessions offer you a clear understanding of how the element of Fire represents the home within and holds your deepest desires. It will be where you return again and again, long after this journey. You’ll learn how to be intentional and, in doing so, align with the heat of Fire. These sessions clarify your intentions and your multidimensional nature, burning the old way and amplifying the new flow of love force energy.
Module Four
Earth | Walk and Re-wild
You will receive sacred instructions on how to both be wild and stay soft (returning to your original nature); why to pursue pleasure, play, and passions; and how to cultivate your artistry (even when it’s challenging). You will participate in your third Cacao Ritual in which you will express the intention to connect with the Earth. You will explore your relationship with the Earth through a Soul Voice Practice designed to bring deep curiosity to how your Soul wishes to interact with the natural world. You explore your relationship with wealth and prosperity, and what it feels like to thrive effortlessly.
In Session 7, you will participate in an Earth Cacao Ritual and a Soul Voice Practice so you can understand your relationship with nature and prosperity and, if called, learn more about your purposeful work for the world.
In Session 8, you will participate in a Soul Voice Sharing Circle to surface what rose during your nature walk and ask questions for full integration so you may trust and follow your inner guidance.
These sessions offer you a clear understanding of how the element of Earth wishes to support your emergence and prosperity. You’ll learn how to re-wild to the natural world and how your Soul expresses in that environment, guided by and using an audio transmission from my Soul. You’ll learn how to commune with and align with the support of the Earth. These sessions allow your wildness to express, literally encouraging you to walk a new path to allow for the flow of love force energy.
Module Five
Air | Rest and Receive
You will receive sacred instructions on how to listen closely to yourself and to the subtle dimensions; you will learn what it means to lead from love and live life as the ceremony that is, encouraging you to make a ceremony of every moment. You’ll participate in your forth Cacao Ritual in which you will simply rest and allow for the wind and the stories from my Soul’s breath to inspire your own expression. You will then take a meditative Soul Elemental Journey with your ancestors, receiving messages expressly for you and feel into your innate magic.
In Session 9, you will participate in an Air Cacao Ritual and a Soul Elemental Journey with the Ancestors so you can receive guidance and validation around your next steps.
In Session 10, you will perform a Soul Voice Practice & ask questions for full integration so you can trust the magic that wishes to surface through you.
These sessions offer you a clear understanding of how the element of Air wishes to offer inspiration and create space in which you may resonate with your own particular magic. You’ll learn how rest is sacred as it’s the space in which you receive and embody your deepest wisdom. You’ll learn how to communicate with your Soul and the ancestors. These sessions allow your fuller receptivity, inspiring you to listen and notice the new flow of love force energy.
Module Six
Ether | The Soul Speaks in Stillness
You will receive sacred instructions on how the soul speaks in stillness, often without words. You will begin to notice what magic and messages are for you. You’ll participate in your fifth and sixth Cacao Rituals in which you will commune with the spaciousness of stillness. You will participate in a Hold the Vision Practice to do just that, hold the energy you’ve cultivated intentionally over several months. You will be invited to share your next steps in circle and amplify your next steps in union.
In Session 11, you will participate in an Ether Cacao Ritual and a Hold the Vision Practice so you can ignite your innate magnetism and deep your love force energy.
In Session 12, you will participate in a Closing Cacao Ritual, a Soul Voice Practice, and a Sharing Circle to close out our journey together so you can fully express and feel all the love in the field for you.
These sessions offer you a clear understanding of how the element of Ether holds space for your Soul, your vision, and your fullest expression. You’ll learn how vital spaciousness is to embodiment and how your energy is the clearest indicator of your Soul’s emergence. You’ll share your love force energy and amplify it in community. These sessions allow your fullest expression, inviting you to embody the flow of your love force energy.
Experience Details
Duration: 12 sessions over 6 months
Format: Live, 90 minutes to 2 hour group calls every other week
Session Style: Alternating between two types—one, Ritual and Experiential sessions and, two, Soul Voice Practices and Q&A Integration sessions
Recordings: Your live participation is soulfully recommended though sessions and rituals will be recorded in case you miss a gathering.
Session Dates & Times: The first gathering is on Saturday, March 22, 2025 at 11:00am CST. Gatherings will then occur every other Thursday at 11:00 am CST from April 3 to August 21, 2025.
Community: A Signal Community will be created as a space for community, questions between sessions, and transmissions from my Soul and the ancestors.

While sessions will be recorded for all participants, I invite you to attend as many sessions as possible for the vitality of the journey.
The dates of each session will be scheduled shortly but know that they will be both during week days and week ends to accommodate as many participants as possible.

There will be space for you to ask personal questions during every live session of the journey. Your questions will amplify the experience for all participants.
As well, you’ll have access to additional 1-on-1 support. You may schedule a personal session with me with a 10% discount code at any time if you need private guidance or feel called to deeper exploration.

Ceremonial Cacao fosters a sensation of softness, love, remembrance, and connection within when consumed with reverence, gratitude, and intention. Using it during this potent setting will raise the frequency of the group and support your Soul’s rising. This is optional but highly encouraged.
You may source your own ceremonial grade Cacao and prepare it to package directions. You may also purchase one of my favorites from this list.
